Côte de Bœuf Workshop: a 100% hands-on experience
Want to dive into Basque gastronomy from the inside? This workshop is for you!
Here, there are no spectators — every participant prepares their own côte de bœuf from start to finish. You'll learn how to cut the meat, light the fire, control the heat of the coals… and of course, grill it to perfection before enjoying it.
To round off the experience, a tasting menu will be served, paired with a carefully selected red wine, along with côte de bœuf grilled in advance. A delicious immersion into the art of Basque charcoal grill!
