At the Okelan Experience, tradition and innovation come together around local native breeds and meat culture. It offers a unique opportunity to discover the journey from land to table: get to know the oxen up close, learn the secrets of meat, and enjoy a gastronomic tasting with over 15 dishes.

Activity schedule:

    10:50 – Welcome: Reception of guests.
    11:00 – Introductory talk: Insights into the world of meat to deepen the experience. Followed by a traditional mid-morning snack with a cider txotx and a chistorra pintxo.
    12:00 – Farm visit: Guided tour of the Erromin farmhouse. There, participants will meet the oxen up close and learn about the environment and care process.
    13:00 – Gastronomic experience: Tasting menu with over 15 dishes, paired with a carefully selected wine list.
