Zarautz Town Council processes personal data in connection with the management of cases related to citizens’ requests, including general services, complaints, suggestions, claims for damages against the Administration, and the exercise of rights concerning personal data protection. This processing is carried out in order to comply with legal obligations and to perform tasks carried out in the public interest, in accordance with Articles 6.1.c) and 6.1.e) of the GDPR. Where necessary for the provision of the service or the execution of the activity, personal data may be shared with competent public authorities, insurance companies, the Basque Government, the Civil Registry, and contracted service providers.
