VISITE GUIDÉE + SHOWCOOKING
Visit to the winery's facilities where Onditz or Itziar, one of the sisters, will explain the secrets of making traditional txakoli. After the visit, on the terrace and surrounded by 12 hectares of vineyards, the chef Joan Ferré, will cook for us live different dishes of his own creation, pairing them with the different types of txakolis from the winery.
The dishes will be:
KANTAURI: Home-cured white tuna, chillies and Ttantta
BARATZA: Salad from our corner
MOLLARRI: Octopus, romescu and potato
ASIA: Hake and Kimchi
BASERRIA: Piglet and more piglet
LATXA: Idiazabal, Smoke and Lamin Ura
